Kia rental in El Segundo, CA

I had an amazing time with this car and host. So much so, when I turned it in a day early, I told the host to keep the change. Didn’t even ask for an adjustment because I was so satisfied with the service and how easy the process was. I’m never going to rent a car from those regular car rental companies anymore, Toro is it for me. Such a better experience and process.

This was by far the smoothest time I’ve ever had renting a vehicle. I will never ever go back to the Rent-A-Car places. This is my new favorite way to rent a car and that car the Kia carnival was so spacious so clean it fit all our bags and there was six of us and we still had plenty of room left. I will be telling all my friends about Your establishment and to look up your cars on Turo before they rent from someplace else!

I was more than happy to leave this review because I truly want it to be known that this host was everything I could have asked for and more — and the car was even better. The white Kia Sedona was extremely clean, well kept, and drove great. Pickup was easy and smooth, and I really appreciated how straightforward everything was from the start. Any issues during this trip were completely on my end and my responsibility. Unfortunately, I ran into some unexpected personal issues during my reservation that made things far more difficult than anticipated, and I’ll be the first to admit I was not the easiest renter during this time. That said, when I communicated with the host, he was understanding, patient, and genuinely helpful in working through things with me. For example, when I needed to extend my trip, he clearly explained what would work and what wouldn’t, and we were able to come to an agreement that made a huge difference in helping me rearrange my plans. That flexibility and clarity alone took a massive amount of stress off an already overwhelming situation. Throughout the entire experience, the one consistent bright spot was the host’s professionalism and calm demeanor. During a very stressful and unexpected trip, it was a relief not to feel pressured or attacked, and I truly appreciate how he handled everything, so again Thank you a thousand times ! 🙏🏼☺️ &I just want to say how extremely sorry I am for any inconvenience I caused to the host, or to the next party that whose plans I more then likely ruined or made ten times more difficult!😒 It was never my intention . I would absolutely rent from him again without hesitation — though I wouldn’t blame him one bit if he decided to pass on me next time 😅. Either way, I’m incredibly grateful for how he handled the situation and wanted to make sure his efforts as a host were fully recognized. Highly recommend this host and vehicle.

Here’s a polished review you can paste: The host and his team are A1. Pickup was excellent and very smooth. The shuttle from the terminal to the garage was a breeze, and the walk to the parking garage was easy as well. The car was in prestige condition, very clean, and well taken care of. The Kia Carnival Hybrid was excellent for our family of 5. We fit 3 full-size bags, 6 carry-ons, and a stroller with no problem. The van was also great for driving around Los Angeles, and the hybrid system helped save gas while going around town. Highly recommend this host and vehicle!

Migel was an excellent host! From the very beginning, he was friendly, informative, and very detail oriented when it came to both the drop off and pick up process. The car was perfect for my family of six. Super clean, spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. It drove great and was surprisingly fuel efficient, which made our trip even better. I would definitely rent from Migel again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle free rental experience!

Picked up vehicle pretty late at night but car was still easy to find, communication with host was great, pickup location felt very safe. Will definitely rent again when coming to LAX

The van and the two car seats were great! It didn’t take long for a shuttle to come by at LAX and go directly to the parking lot, which was pretty close. I’ve rented from others before where I had to wait quite a while at the airport for a specific shuttle to come based on where the vehicle was parked. Even at drop off, it was the same - short wait time to get back to the airport. Huge pro when traveling with 2 small children. Would definitely recommend renting from them!
