Convertible rental at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Amazing, fun car, hosted by a responsive, accommodating team. They delivered and picked up the car from my hotel, helped me extend my trip, and always replied within minutes. Way better than any brick & mortar rental agency, I highly recommend!

This is a beautiful brand new 2026 Jeep Wrangler that still has the new car smell. The hosts (Anna / Giorgio) are very kind and polite and clearly tried their best to make to make it a positive experience. A couple of notes, that should not reflect badly on the vehicle or the host. As an international traveller using an eSIM card, I did not have access to a phone or to SMS messaging. I did not expect that I would be required to place a phone call for a shuttle pick up from the airport to access the vehicle in a (too far to walk to) parking lot. This seriously impacted the vehicle pick up process, which was not at all smooth. We stood outside the airport for a while wondering what we should do. (Thankfully the very kind and friendly shuttle driver just so happened to swing by to check to see if there was anyone waiting. This helped to counter balance the very rude parking attendant who claimed he ‘forgot’ the reservation code that the shuttle driver had just given him, while I tried to access the shotty signal connection to find the code again). The side and back windows are also heavily tinted making it hard to see out at night, as well as during the day when the (beautiful but also glaringly bright) California sun demands (polarized) sunglasses.

The car is great, drives very well, and this Mustang Convertible truly gives you the American dream experience. However, what is genuinely exceptional is Jackie's professionalism and her mastery of customer service. At check-in, I was met at the airport and guided to where the car was waiting for me. Communication is almost instant, and Jackie and her team resolve everything nearly immediately. Thank you once again for the outstanding experience of working with you, Jackie, and I will definitely rent only from you from now on. You have set a true standard in this field.

Nikita’s 2018 BMW M4 was awesome. You’d never guess it’s a 2018 with how clean and well taken care of it is. Everything worked perfectly and the car drove amazing. The convertible was definitely the best part. Being able to put the top down with this summer weather made every drive way more fun, especially with the family. The A/C also blew ice cold when we needed a break from the heat. Nikita was easy to communicate with, pickup and drop-off were simple, and the whole trip was smooth. I’d definitely rent this M4 again.

Renting this Mustang was honestly one of the highlights of my entire trip to the USA. 🇺🇸🤍 Driving a white convertible Mustang through four different states, across deserts, endless highways and some of the most incredible landscapes I have ever seen, was something I had dreamed about for so long and this car made that dream come true. 🥹😍 The Mustang is absolutely amazing: powerful, fun, comfortable, surprisingly easy to drive and, most importantly, it always made me feel safe, even during very long drives. Driving with the top down, music playing and the American roads stretching out in front of me is a feeling I will never forget. We covered so many miles and experienced so many unforgettable places together, and somehow the car became part of the adventure itself, not just a way to get from one destination to another. Giving the keys back actually felt a little emotional after two weeks and so many memories! The owner was also extremely helpful and available whenever we needed anything, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you for allowing me to live a little piece of my American dream. This Mustang will forever be part of some of the best memories of my life. ❤️🇺🇸🐎 I would absolutely rent it again and recommend it without hesitation!

Very nice car, drove great, actually gets good gas mileage and top down evening driving is amazing in LA! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something more fun than just a daily driver type car. Host was on point with all instructions and communications. Host was great! Was an affordable way to have a fun convertible experience!!! the car was not in perfect condition, which we knew when we got it. Any issues were minor, like small cracks or peeling on the exterior. This was our first time using Turo and it made me nervous to not use a big rental car company! Pickup and drop off were easy enough! I would use Turo again and recommend this owner/car to anyone looking for a budget friendly fun convertible weekend :)

I really enjoyed Karina's Mustang Gt. It is well maintained and a joy to drive with that roaring v8. Roof down or roof up, the car is full of fun for cruising. Really recommend and at a reasonable price too.
