Vehicle was good, picking up the vehicle had challenges. The parking lot is off site and you have to wait for a shuttle which can take upwards of 45 min. I was given a number to call to inquire about shuttle service, and the person I called stated they don’t know anything they just take the money and hung up. Overall rental was good but just be aware of long wait times for shuttle service to and from vehicle pick up location. Parking attendant was very rude and tried to sell us LA souvenirs before we could leave parking.

Please note the parking lot and shuttle are operated by a third party, so these issues are largely outside our direct control. That said, we take your comments seriously — especially the rude behavior and sales pitch — and will raise them with the operator. We're glad the rental itself was good, and we appreciate you flagging this for future guests.
Clean car and decent pick up location. Shuttle back to airport was very delayed so plan for 40 minutes for return at least (not related to car).
