So the pictures look way different than in person, then I read the comments and when you insult his car, he curses you out, then he charged me $500 saying that I crashed his car when I never was in a car accident and I took the pictures when I left the car, to be exact I drove the car to my hotel and back to the parking spot where I got it. The car was so ugly that the people that picked me up to get the car talked about me like a dog for renting this ugly car. I was so pissed that I didn’t wanna hear nothing as me said, and by reading his response I already knew he wasn’t gonna give me no refund. Never again and they should take this ugly ass shit off Turo
