Car was perfect for my week stay in LA. Host greeted me at the car and was very nice and respectful. Car was extremely clean. Was a little on the rough side with the acceleration but overall would rent again. A HUGH PLUS is that it is flex fuel so that was a major help with the high gas prices in LA. Do not skip on this car rent it for the fuel savings, price, and host!

Our initial car was unavailable, but this Ford Focus, despite being older worked smoothly and felt safe driving around. The car isn't in cleanest inside there were some scuffs on the roof and passenger window but that's more on the appearance and not experience itself. Firas was flexible with our time adjustment which we really appreciate. He was timely and provided clear instructions.
Host was great and van was also great, very roomy and clean, no problems at all. Will definitely rent again.
