We had a great experience with the Ford Transit 350! It was perfect for our trip with the whole family—spacious, comfortable, and a great choice for traveling together. The host was awesome, friendly, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We would definitely rent from them again!

Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this host.
The van was handed over to us with incorrect tire pressures, which was a serious safety concern. When I contacted the host, Richard, I was told to take it to America’s Tire the following day. I had planned to start my journey at 5 AM, but this meant waiting until 9 AM for the tire shop to open. When I called, I was then told there would be another 1–2 hour wait.
Not wanting to delay my trip even further, I ended up correcting the tire pressures myself at a gas station. Overall, this issue delayed my journey by more than 5 hours.
Because of that delay, I was about 1.5 hours late returning the van. I contacted Richard and asked him to waive the late fee given that the delay was directly caused by the tire issue at the start of the trip. Unfortunately, he was completely uncooperative and blamed Turo for the additional charges. He also told me that he had contacted Turo himself to have the charges waived.
When I contacted Turo directly, I was told that the decision to waive the charges was ultimately up to Richard as the vehicle owner. Turo even contacted him, but he still refused to waive the charges. I was ultimately charged a FULL ADDITIONAL DAYS RENTAL for being only 1.5 hours late.
Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a host handles them. In this case, I found the experience unfair, unhelpful and extremely frustrating, particularly given that the initial delay was caused by an issue with the vehicle.
There are plenty of more responsible and understanding hosts on Turo. I would personally recommend looking elsewhere and giving this listing a miss.

before, during and after all you ask is 200 additional miles and adjust return time 3hrs after. you already know that you are going beyond and want Turo to absorb the cost..I even asked you to cancel since your request cant be granted...tires were rotated day prior by America's tire(open 8 am) offers free air as well(10mins tops)...they're the experts...ur txt @11:31am looking for air is way beyond 5am ETD. I wish you well on your next rental but please dont let us PAY FOR YOUR VACATION
