Our initial car was unavailable, but this Ford Focus, despite being older worked smoothly and felt safe driving around. The car isn't in cleanest inside there were some scuffs on the roof and passenger window but that's more on the appearance and not experience itself.
Firas was flexible with our time adjustment which we really appreciate. He was timely and provided clear instructions.
