Could not have had a better experience with Erik’s Jeep for our 2 week trip. The vehicle itself was great, clean; and exactly the kind of car you want for a SoCal visit. He was communicative throughout the entire process, especially after Turo changed the policies about the pickup-drop off location during our trip and we had to change the drop off. The price was reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the vehicle. We would absolutely rent from Erik when we come back next year.

This is a beautiful brand new 2026 Jeep Wrangler that still has the new car smell. The hosts (Anna / Giorgio) are very kind and polite and clearly tried their best to make to make it a positive experience. A couple of notes, that should not reflect badly on the vehicle or the host. As an international traveller using an eSIM card, I did not have access to a phone or to SMS messaging. I did not expect that I would be required to place a phone call for a shuttle pick up from the airport to access the vehicle in a (too far to walk to) parking lot. This seriously impacted the vehicle pick up process, which was not at all smooth. We stood outside the airport for a while wondering what we should do. (Thankfully the very kind and friendly shuttle driver just so happened to swing by to check to see if there was anyone waiting. This helped to counter balance the very rude parking attendant who claimed he ‘forgot’ the reservation code that the shuttle driver had just given him, while I tried to access the shotty signal connection to find the code again). The side and back windows are also heavily tinted making it hard to see out at night, as well as during the day when the (beautiful but also glaringly bright) California sun demands (polarized) sunglasses.

I was staying on vacation for a long duration and I wanted a reliable car ,easy pick up and at a good price and all of the above were met. I am a returning customer with Armen, I knew the car I previously hired from him was also brilliant. I really enjoyed driving the Jeep! Armen is quick and fast at responding if you have any questions. We had an unexpected flight cancellation that changed the times for drop off and he altered the arrangements to make it more smooth during this stressful time when trying to sort out other flights.

I really enjoyed my 2018 Jeep rental! The car was clean, comfortable, and easy to drive. It handled great on both city roads and rough terrain. Plenty of space, smooth ride, and fun to drive — perfect for a trip. I’d definitely rent a Jeep again!

The pickup location was super convenient and easy to find. The car was extremely clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was super nice, friendly, and very responsive throughout the entire trip. Everything was smooth from pickup to drop-off. Absolutely loved it and would definitely rent again! We had such a great experience renting this car for our California trip! The entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. Our host was extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and gave us fantastic, detailed directions for both picking up and returning the car, which made everything completely stress-free. They even went above and beyond by accommodating our request to have the top off and ready for us — the perfect way to start a California trip! Erik saved me from a big hassle! He left the jeep at the airport turo parking and was very communicative with everything. He provided pictures, links to how to get to the car and instructions on how to get the key. This is the 2nd time I rent from him and I’m very well satisfied with the service. If ur like me reading the reviews to see if this is someone u can rely on then take my advice and I promise you!! U won’t regret renting with him !
