Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The Mercedes GLE was even better than I expected — incredibly comfortable, very well equipped, clean, and a pleasure to drive. You can really tell the car is well taken care of, and it had everything I could have wanted for a comfortable trip. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the host. Communication was excellent throughout the entire trip, and he was extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Everything was smooth and easy, and I always felt like I could reach out if I needed anything. I’ve rented quite a few cars through Turo, and this was genuinely one of my best experiences. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car and a fantastic host. Thank you for everything!

Excellent rental experience! The seven-passenger Mercedes van was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. It had plenty of room for passengers and luggage, and the vehicle drove smoothly and felt very safe. All the features worked well, and the interior was in great condition. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Pickup and return were both simple and convenient. Its hard to explain all the reasons why in a review but for many reasons I hold him in such high regard. Off the bat he is professional, top notch communication, and along the way of a long term rental he was solid and a good human to work with. And btw, this is a totally real review.
