The car was in great condition and very clean upon pickup. Communication throughout the rental was excellent—the team was responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. The return process at our hotel lobby was also easy and convenient.
Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
For anyone picking up from LAX, I would recommend watching the pickup instruction video before traveling. The location requires a little attention to find, and reviewing the instructions beforehand will make the process much easier after a long journey.

The host was incredibly accommodating to my last minute request and changes that I needed to be made. Super communicative and easy to deal with. The car was beautiful and very fun to drive. Have rented twice now from this host and two different cars and would definitely rent again.

Pick up super inconvenient. Wouldn’t recommend renting direct from LAX. Shuttle takes forever and makes 20 stops before you get to the parking spot which isn’t even connected to the drop off. You have to exit and walk down the street. Area is not nice.
Car was a cream puff, but wouldn’t rent again due to pickup and drop off inconvenience.
