Ford rental in Inglewood, CA

I rented a Ford Transit that can accommodate a large group. I often rent this type of vehicle from other hosts through Turo, but this particular van was especially clean and well-maintained. The location was also convenient—fairly close to LAX and near a large shopping mall, which made it easy to park my own car. I originally planned to rent it for two days but ended up changing it to just one day. While I understood there wouldn’t be a refund, the host kindly offered me a 15% off coupon instead. I’d love to rent from them again before the coupon expires.

Great experience! The Ford Mustang was amazing and made my trip to Los Angeles even better. The car was clean, comfortable, fun to drive, and everything went smoothly from pickup to return. I really enjoyed having it during my stay and would definitely rent again. Highly recommended!

A special kudos to the host for being extremely responsive and supportive throughout the rental. We ran into a situation where Turo Customer Care wasn’t very helpful, but the host stepped in, communicated quickly, and helped us get everything sorted out. Really appreciated the extra effort and great service. Would definitely recommend both the Mustang and the host!

Overall great. I would rent from this person again. Owner was professional and responsive. Car was mostly as pictured with minor cosmetic damage in the interior. Pickup was a little confusing as owner has 2 locations (LAX and near her home). Owner should provide a separate number to coordinate at-home pickup as number provided on Turo dialed LAX location. Drop off was a breeze.

The car was reliable, comfortable, and we had no issues at all during the entire rental. Ebrahim was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Communication is almost instant, and Jackie and her team resolve everything nearly immediately. The van was everything we needed for our trip of 9 people. The option to rent a stroller saved us time and money. Will rent again if we are in the area and need a vehicle of this size
