I rented a Ford Transit that can accommodate a large group. I often rent this type of vehicle from other hosts through Turo, but this particular van was especially clean and well-maintained. The location was also convenient—fairly close to LAX and near a large shopping mall, which made it easy to park my own car. I originally planned to rent it for two days but ended up changing it to just one day. While I understood there wouldn’t be a refund, the host kindly offered me a 15% off coupon instead. I’d love to rent from them again before the coupon expires.

We ran into a situation where Turo Customer Care wasn’t very helpful, but the host stepped in, communicated quickly, and helped us get everything sorted out. Really appreciated the extra effort and great service. Would definitely recommend both the Mustang and the host!

The car was reliable, comfortable, and we had no issues at all during the entire rental. Ebrahim was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with.
