Excellent experience from start to finish! The car was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free, and the host was friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the trip. My original host had unexpectedly cancelled my trip just before pickup. I was in a bind, luckily I found Sergei and his brand spanking new BMW who got it ready for me within an hour. Highly recommended!
