The pick up and return process was seamless. Which was awesome!! I Was able to make a same-day reservation with no problem at all. All of the cars were clean and ready to go.
Only thing I did not like is there was not a lot of gas in the vehicle about a quarter tank so I had to stop and put gas in it. The car was also not as clean in the inside as I would have liked it to be. The check engine light was on in the BMW, although the ride was very, very smooth as promised. The windshield also had a large crack in it. To some people this may not be a big issue, but if you have somewhere important to go, those are things that you don’t want to have to deal with.
Even with all that being said, I would totally rent from them again. Those are just things I would make sure of prior to pick up.
