Communication was excellent throughout the entire trip, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. The Escalade IQ was exactly as described, spotless, and an absolute pleasure to drive. What really stood out, though, was Andre himself. He took the time to meet us personally for both pickup and drop-off, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and genuinely cares about providing a first-class experience. We discovered we share a lot of the same interests, especially when it comes to vehicles, and it was great getting to know him. To top it all off, after drop-off, he even gave my family and me a ride to our next destination, which was greatly appreciated and completely above and beyond what was expected. If you're considering renting from Andre, don't hesitate. He's the type of host that represents everything great about the Turo community. Needed a rental for a quick trip around LA and everything went smooth. The car was clean, easy pickup process, and drove great in traffic and on the freeway. Customer service was helpful and the price was reasonable for a last-minute booking. Definitely would rent from them again for another quick getaway

The parking was a bit tough to deal with because of the shuttles, but one that was figured out everything was fantastic. The car was clean and well kept, drove well, and had plenty of space for my family of four with carry-on luggage (2 per person). The hybrid system was FANTASTIC for the high California gas prices, and we averaged a little over 50mpg for the entirety of our trip. We will absolutely use this host again when we plan on coming back to the SoCal coast next summer.

First time Turo user here….. the App itself, terrible! Nearly robbed me of my vacation, as I had to learn that there could be times where customer service would be needed, especially if you are a first time user. Jason was very responsive as well as very helpful throughout the entire booking process and even ensure that i verifications through Turo were addressed. He literally saved my reservation and overall renting experience, could thank him enough. Because of this….. as I’ve learned that I will be heading back out to Cali from Florida within the next year, he’s earned my family and I as repeat customers. He customer service was above reproach and if you’re wondering how Turo works, while booking, i definitely recommend going through him. His services alone are why I’ve rated this review at a 5 star. Oh and the car, just awesome! I’m a driver of the 2026 X and so to drive a much older car in great condition, gives me hope!

I was in need of a larger car for a school graduation and luibov's Volvo was a great choice! Pretty competitive price for two days compared to similar SUV listings. Pretty good mileage for a large vehicle, also hybrid which helps some too :) Host was great as well, would rent again!

I rented a car through Turo for a little over 40 days, and honestly, even though I ran into a few issues, I would definitely use Turo again. At the beginning, my reservation was canceled because of a driver’s license verification issue, and about a week into the trip, the car’s battery stopped working. Later, I also had some billing issues that took a few calls to sort out. What really impressed me was Turo’s customer support. Every time I needed help, I was able to reach a real person quickly. All of the agents were kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help solve my problem. As someone from Brazil, English is not my first language, but every representative was patient and made sure they understood my situation. That made a huge difference during a stressful trip. No company is perfect, and problems can happen. What matters is how those problems are handled, and Turo did a great job. I truly hope they never lose the human side of their customer service, because that’s what made me trust the company. Despite the challenges, I’m very happy with the support I received, and I would absolutely rent through Turo again. 🧡

Esam is a very good host, the instructions were clear, the whole rental process was clear and simple, despite the problems with the battery, Esam was always on the phone, instructing what to do, he cared and always wanted to help, which I appreciate, we drove 1800 miles with this interesting car, wrangler is a cult car, which in itself gives a lot of impressions, without unnecessary technologies, only you steering wheel and road, there is no Apple car but in America all roads are simple so the cell phone was enough in full, I recommend Essam and this car

The communication was great from the host, the car was easy to get to and find. I was just a bit disappointed that the car ‘s inside upholstery was all stained and also, the passenger back door had to be opened from the outside. Besides that, it is a roomy car with plenty of space for luggage for four. The rental process was very easy.

Logistics: Pick up and drop off location is across the Westin on Century Blvd, not on site at the airport (about 5-7 min shuttle ride). There is a free shuttle that’ll take you to the car and back to the airport. We also had to pay to get the car out of the lot, but Turo sent a refund shortly after we paid. Personal Experience: The car fit our family of 8. We used up every seat in the car and we were still comfortable (5 adults, 2 kids, 1 toddler). We took multiple trips from Glendale to Long Beach and we only used about a half tank of gas throughout our trip. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to pay for a full tank! Our rental was scheduled for drop off at 11pm on Sunday, but our flight got cancelled and was moved to the next morning. We requested an extension on the car and we were able to schedule a drop off at 9am on Monday. We did have to pay the full day’s amount of about $143, but I’m grateful that the extension was available. A previous review talked about the smell of the car and the tire situation and we found it to be accurate during our time as well. The tires were fine, it was just the tire maintenance alarm would be on the screen every time we turned the car on. Overall, we had a good experience. We’re thankful for the flexibility of the hosts, the gas, and the fact that our family could travel in one car.
