Car was great! The airport shuttle took a while.

Some people are very unsatisfied with everything. Traditional rental car shuttles take forever, and then there are long lines at their facilities, folks. I own the cars, but the parking lot structure company provides the shuttle through an agreement with Turo! However, this is the first time a guest of mine has complained about the shuttle.

Very detailed. Communication is with a group of folks so they are very responsive. Directions were slightly overwhelming because of the duplications but I guess too much is better than too little. Overall fine experience for a single day.

Good Car no issues, but Host penny pinch for the small things, paying $120 for 20 minutes early is crazy when the car is just sitting in the parking lot.

It's unfortunate to see retaliatory reviews, especially since this guest overlooked that the pickup time marks the start of insurance coverage, which ends when the trip concludes. I only supply the cars, so such a comment feels unfair and damages my perfect score and reputation.
