Really solid rental overall. The car performed great throughout. Two small things worth noting: no floor mats included, and a bit of a surprise late in the trip with an automated message about a possible cleaning fee (host clarified and disregarded it, so no actual issue). Slight, passing cigarette smell at pickup, nothing significant. Host was responsive and the whole process was smooth. Would rent again.

I need to change my drop off time to 7:00pm and might be earlier just have some appointments for today and was not able to make the 9:30 drop off

Car was good. Bluetooth was a little finicky but overall worked. Details and descriptions lacked a lot of info on how to get and return the car but host was very responsive quickly throughout the whole week.
Car even had a secret lip to hide the key which I really liked!
Would rent again!
