Genesis Auto ran a truly flawless operation from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off at LAX were seamless, straightforward, and completely frictionless. They issued our Tesla app digital keys right away in chat, making vehicle access effortless without dealing with key exchanges. The black Model Y Performance was delivered immaculate—spotless interior, freshly washed exterior, and fully charged. Having Full Self-Driving (FSD) capability active on the vehicle made navigating Los Angeles traffic completely effortless and stress-free. Constantine checked in proactively mid-trip to ensure everything was going smoothly. As fellow Tesla owners and Turo hosts, we deeply appreciate this level of fleet prep and white-glove communication. Easily a 5-star experience; will definitely book with Genesis Auto again when in LA!
