The van was perfect. Pick up and delivery were right on time. Would rent again for sure!

Car is ok. Door was malfunctioning like the other review said, but nothing too serious.
What I was a bit upset was the owner switched vehicle last second, if it’s the night before maybe I can search for other option. 30 minutes before feels like a bait and switch when I have no choice but to take it. By all means something could come up and was a legit switch. Just hope he could communicate better. Especially from 2022 to a 2017 which is at least $50 difference per day

If I had known more about the condition of the car, I would not have rented it. The main sliding passenger door was faulty; it was difficult to open and you had to slam it hard every time. The car was also incredibly dirty with stained seats, dusty console, and sticky bits in different places. The gas lid was also broken and it looked lit was going to fall off. Si hubiera sabido más sobre el estado del coche, no lo habría alquilado. La puerta corrediza principal del lado del pasajero estaba defectuosa; era difícil de abrir y había que cerrarla de un golpe fuerte cada vez. El coche también estaba increíblemente sucio, con los asientos manchados, la consola llena de polvo y restos pegajosos en distintos lugares. La tapa del tanque de gasolina también estaba rota y parecía que se iba a caer.
