First off, Fernando was fantastic and first class! Open communication and was really flexible with pickup and drop off. He had the charged up and ready to go at pickup. The car is brand new and I was the first to drive it on Turo, lucky me 😁 Being a Tesla owner myself, I can appreciate the pristine condition of the car and quietness of the cabin. I had a great experience renting the Tesla truck from Joshua. The vehicle was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free, and Joshua was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The vehicle itself was an amazing ride—powerful, comfortable, and definitely turned heads. You can tell Joshua takes pride in keeping it in top shape and he even made the experience even better. This was a great rental experience! They are very straightforward and efficient with pickup and drop off protocols. I will rent from them again! The car itself glides on the road which makes it fun and enjoyable to drive. The sound system in this car goes CRAZY! Tesla did an amazing job with the sound system. Try it out for yourself and witness it. Make sure you get familiar with the car before driving off so that you are comfortable with driving the car. Other than that, no complaints since the car is fire!
So this was my first Turo rental so I was a bit needy. Rental process was easy and picking up and finding the car at first was a little difficult but they patiently helped me locate the car. Driving a Tesla is not easy as you might think so. It was very helpful that they sent instructions on all the different features and how to drive the car and how to charge, etc. I would ask anyone that drives this car, if they haven’t driven a Tesla before, to go ahead and Watch all the videos before you start it up! Otherwise, this was a lot of fun to drive and becomes very addictive. And you’ll get lots of looks as you drive around.
