Last-minute reservation and the host could not have been more accommodating. He was incredibly helpful walking me through the app, the process, and sharing useful tips, especially at pickup and return. Very hands-on when needed, but otherwise gave me space and didn’t bother me throughout the trip unless I reached out. The Mini Cooper was an absolute fun to drive: fun, comfortable, and surprisingly roomy inside. Very flexible to accommodate your needs upon return. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I’d definitely rent from him again.
The absolute best experience I've ever had from using the Turo App is Mehmet! This is exactly what Top Tier Quality & Service is.. From dropping the car to my home address with bottled water and a delicious Turkish dessert to try was just the beginning of a overall incredible experience. The car was in spectacular shape super clean inside and out, driving was very pleasant and smooth, and when I needed to end the trip early do my circumstances he agreed without hesitation. Every need of mine was met down to the T.. He even came and picked up the car making the convenience of it so much easier and I didn't have to miss any work. The rating for me would be 10 out of 10 if it went that high! A must rent from!! I will definitely being using him again in the future and I highly recommend him! Couldn’t have asked for a better Turo experience. The host was great to work with, very responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. As a BMW enthusiast, the car was an absolute treat. It sounded incredible, handled amazingly, and was everything an E46 M3 should be. You can tell the car is cared for and meant to be enjoyed. It made our trip that much more memorable. I’d rent from him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend both the host and the car to anyone considering booking.
Great service needed it to move out and he allowed me to extend for two extra days. Will be booking again. Love that he’s close in the area and responds back quick. Even allowed me to wait in the car for my ride after the trip was done ! Respectful and nice gentleman

Pick up was amazing, I went with Al because I needed the car brought to me at the hotel and he was there right at the scheduled time. He also responded quickly to messages and worked with me when an accident on the freeway caused a multiple hour delay that pushed back the original turn in time. 10/10 would rent again.
I had no issues with this rental. I needed a car ASAP and Oscar came through. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything clearly. The vehicle was clean. The AC was cold. It definitely served it's purpose. I would definitely consider renting from him again in the future.
