I am new to Turo for the most part. I rented twice before. This host is the best. The vehicle smelled very fresh. Car overall outside and in was cleaned to perfection. They even had little complimentary sanitize wipes in the vehicle. The host called to let me know the vehicle was ready. I sent the host a message saying in route to return vehicle. Once I pulled up, the host called me. He made sure I checked out properly. He also asked how the trip was with the vehicle. The vehicle ran well. I had no issues. Turo should make sure all their host have this type of attitude towards their customers. I would most definitely rent from them again. The host is absolutely amazing.
