Waited a while for the vehicle I forgot to check in and take pictures

I had a great experience renting the Tesla truck from Joshua. The vehicle was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free, and Joshua was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.
The vehicle itself was an amazing ride—powerful, comfortable, and definitely turned heads. You can tell Joshua takes pride in keeping it in top shape and he even made the experience even better.
I’d definitely recommend renting from Joshua again if you’re looking for a unique and high-quality experience. Great explanations super helpful and fast. Would absolutely love to rent again!

Absolute lack of decency and professionalism in the state of the car. The smell of weed permeated the vehicle and the center console was filled with garbage and ashes. The trunk had bags of garbage and the interior was covered in stains. The cruise control didn’t work. Auto-pilot didn’t work, and parking assist was disabled. Also, the car was locked in chill mode. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.
Kolter, I’m not sure what happened on your trip to make you upset for you to tell these blatant lies. There is no stains on the car, there was no trash in the vehicle, auto pilot does work just fine along with cruise control. The car is virtually brand new and in near perfect condition. If something else made you upset then please reach out and happy to help fix it but the vehicle itself is in great condition.

Overall the trip was great however the presentation made the trip less enjoyable.
-I had to wait about 15mins for the car to be driven to the pickup point
-The car exterior was extremely dirty (I understand it’s winter but a rinse would of did a lot of justice)
- the inside was not clean
- the inside had a funky odor probably from not being cleaned
I’m sorry about your bad experience. Unfortunately the previous guest was 2+ hours late and showed up after your trip already started. So we had no time to do any preparation. It was not ideal and I’m sorry for the bad experience. So we cleaned it as fast as we could while you were waiting but the previous guest prevented us from doing our normal quality of service.
