The host was nice and communicated well . The car was clean the only thing I wasn’t comfortable with was it needed brakes.
Thank you for your review. Our previous guest(s) had not mentioned the brakes being an issue but we will get that repaired ASAP.

The car is bad it needs brakes rotors. I informed them that and they act like it didn’t need it. They lied and said they just drove it and it was no noise when it was a noise the brakes barely work. I can hardly stop with me and my kids in the car when it was riding a snow when I got out of the car because I need to be replaced a rubber on the doors. It was just bad. I wasted my money.
Safety is our top priority. When the guest reported a concern, we immediately offered a free vehicle swap and contacted Turo to document the issue. We waited for the guest to return for the exchange, but she did not arrive. Around 8:30 PM we followed up again and the guest said they were too tired to come back. The vehicle was not knowingly rented with brake issues, and we would never provide a vehicle we believed to be unsafe.
