5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pick-up was easy, and drop-off was even easier! Both hosts were amazing and very responsive. The ride was super smooth for the whole weekend, and I had absolutely no issues. It was easy on gas, comfortable, and everything was excellent overall. The only issue I had was with the horn. Luckily, I’m not really the type of person who uses the horn often, but when I did try to use it, I don’t think it was working. I’m not sure if I just wasn’t pressing it correctly, but other than that, I had zero complaints! I was also able to extend the rental an extra day, and they responded quickly, which I really appreciated. I would definitely rent from them again if they’ll have me! 😂 Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Personally, from having family who have rentals on Turo, this was my first time. Enjoyed the trip. The luxury of a smaller car with better gas prices and mileage. An overall good trip for myself and family. Host was very accommodating as well. That's a story in itself lol

Car did what I needed it for, got me from A to B with no problems. Mo was informative and timely, making pickup and dropoff a breeze. Plan to pickup within a half-mile of the posted address—Mo gives another nearby address ahead of time based on last dropoff, so just plan based on that one. Watch that gas mileage, it’s a guzzler on city roads but good highway.

Overall, I had a good experience renting this vehicle. The car drove well, was great on gas, and the host was very accommodating when I needed to extend my rental for an additional two hours. The host responded quickly and was helpful throughout the rental. The pickup location was a little difficult to find initially, but the host was able to provide directions and help me locate the vehicle. Pickup and drop-off were both fairly easy once I knew where the car was. There were a few things that could have been better. I received frequent reminders and messages, including some around 2:00 a.m., which I found unnecessary and disruptive. Also, I was about 15 minutes late picking up the vehicle and was informed that I had a two-hour window to pick it up or the trip could be canceled without a refund. I had never encountered that communication with my previous Turo rentals, so I was surprised. The host did provide a screenshot of the policy, so I understand where the information came from; I just wish it had been communicated to me ahead of time. Overall, the vehicle was reliable, fuel-efficient, and the host was responsive and accommodating when needed. With a little improvement in communication and the pickup instructions, this would have been an even better experience.
