Personally, from having family who have rentals on Turo, this was my first time. Enjoyed the trip. The luxury of a smaller car with better gas prices and mileage. An overall good trip for myself and family. Host was very accommodating as well. That's a story in itself lol

Phenomenal experience from beginning to end. The host was responsive, communicative, and made every part of the rental process seamless. They answered questions promptly, were accommodating with coordinating the airport drop-off, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The Lexus was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and an absolute pleasure to drive. It was comfortable, quiet, surprisingly fuel-efficient, and handled beautifully throughout the trip. Spending a few days with it honestly convinced me that this is a vehicle I’d love to own someday. If you’re considering booking this car, don’t hesitate. You’ll get a fantastic vehicle and a host who is professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a premium Turo experience.

Car did what I needed it for, got me from A to B with no problems. Mo was informative and timely, making pickup and dropoff a breeze. Plan to pickup within a half-mile of the posted address—Mo gives another nearby address ahead of time based on last dropoff, so just plan based on that one. Watch that gas mileage, it’s a guzzler on city roads but good highway.

Trip extensions were super smooth no problems! I had something come up last minute and I needed the car for an extra day but it was already booked by another customer. Excellent! To use 1 word to describe the experience- it will be “ Excellent “. Omar the host went above and beyond for me. First delivering me the car at the airport was a huge plus, then my flight changed meaning I’d have a few more hours in DC after- AFTER checking out of the hotel. This host, Omar, extended my Return for 2 hours so I wouldn’t be stuck in the airport for 6 hours. As I was telling the good young Brother whom delivered the car, I just becamea Turo host in Arizona. 2025 Elantra. Hadn’t booked my first trip yet, however, I know how I’m going to treat my clients- better than the best experiences I’ve had as a client. I’ve had some bad, very bad- horrible- Turo experiences. Overall, I had a good experience renting this vehicle. The car drove well, was great on gas, and the host was very accommodating when I needed to extend my rental for an additional two hours. The host responded quickly and was helpful throughout the rental. The pickup location was a little difficult to find initially, but the host was able to provide directions and help me locate the vehicle. Pickup and drop-off were both fairly easy once I knew where the car was. There were a few things that could have been better. I received frequent reminders and messages, including some around 2:00 a.m., which I found unnecessary and disruptive. Also, I was about 15 minutes late picking up the vehicle and was informed that I had a two-hour window to pick it up or the trip could be canceled without a refund. I had never encountered that communication with my previous Turo rentals, so I was surprised. The host did provide a screenshot of the policy, so I understand where the information came from; I just wish it had been communicated to me ahead of time. Overall, the vehicle was reliable, fuel-efficient, and the host was responsive and accommodating when needed. With a little improvement in communication and the pickup instructions, this would have been an even better experience.

Five stars for this Prius. Pickup was smooth and the car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. On the road it handled better than I expected — steady and composed on the highway, easy to maneuver in tight parking, and quiet enough that longer drives never felt tiring. The fuel economy was the real standout. I averaged 51 mpg over the course of the rental, which meant far fewer stops than I’d budgeted for and a noticeably cheaper trip overall.

It was a good rental experience. Very responsive team. You can't beat the price. Will rent from them again. The car is well-maintained for its age, with minor cosmetic issues, but mechanically sound and clean.

The vehicle drives well. I am grateful for the host’s accommodating nature. Notably, I was required to extend my stay by an additional day, and the host graciously reduced the price by a small margin for this extra day.
