Car rental Alexandria, VA

This is my second experience with Turo. It was very simple to get to the car. Because they asked, we took photos of any potential blemishes associated with the car, which is really a benefit to me so we don’t have any issues with regards to who did what. The cars are always clean and the price to rent is so much more affordable than the ridiculous prices that the big Rental Car places charge. From this point on, I will always check with Turo before anyone else because of their Customer service, affordability, and Quality!

Car quality was fair, especially for the price rate, there was a slight odor upon arrival, spiders were inside, host wasn’t as responsive, I am thankful I was able to get to my destinations safely. Thank you

Car did what I needed it for, got me from A to B with no problems. Mo was informative and timely, making pickup and dropoff a breeze. Plan to pickup within a half-mile of the posted address—Mo gives another nearby address ahead of time based on last dropoff, so just plan based on that one. Watch that gas mileage, it’s a guzzler on city roads but good highway.

Overall, I had a good experience renting this vehicle. The car drove well, was great on gas, and the host was very accommodating when I needed to extend my rental for an additional two hours. The host responded quickly and was helpful throughout the rental. The pickup location was a little difficult to find initially, but the host was able to provide directions and help me locate the vehicle. Pickup and drop-off were both fairly easy once I knew where the car was. There were a few things that could have been better. I received frequent reminders and messages, including some around 2:00 a.m., which I found unnecessary and disruptive. Also, I was about 15 minutes late picking up the vehicle and was informed that I had a two-hour window to pick it up or the trip could be canceled without a refund. I had never encountered that communication with my previous Turo rentals, so I was surprised. The host did provide a screenshot of the policy, so I understand where the information came from; I just wish it had been communicated to me ahead of time. Overall, the vehicle was reliable, fuel-efficient, and the host was responsive and accommodating when needed. With a little improvement in communication and the pickup instructions, this would have been an even better experience.

Excellent! To use 1 word to describe the experience- it will be “ Excellent “. Omar the host went above and beyond for me. First delivering me the car at the airport was a huge plus, then my flight changed meaning I’d have a few more hours in DC after- AFTER checking out of the hotel. This host, Omar, extended my Return for 2 hours so I wouldn’t be stuck in the airport for 6 hours. As I was telling the good young Brother whom delivered the car, I just becamea Turo host in Arizona. 2025 Elantra. Hadn’t booked my first trip yet, however, I know how I’m going to treat my clients- better than the best experiences I’ve had as a client. I’ve had some bad, very bad- horrible- Turo experiences. I know when I feel appreciated as a client. I appreciate that appreciation, right back and this experience has been magnificent. Thank you, Brother. If you’re ever in need of Turo in Arizona. It was a good rental experience. Very responsive team. You can't beat the price. Will rent from them again. The car is well-maintained for its age, with minor cosmetic issues, but mechanically sound and clean.

Car was phenomenal, cheap on gas, fast, he accommodated us when we couldn’t find a rental anywhere! I appreciate him so much

I really appreciate you letting me rent your car. The car was great and worked really well for all of my errands. The pickup was a little confusing at first, but he was very understanding and said he would take some money off for the 15-minute wait. He also let me keep the car for a few extra hours, even though my rental was originally supposed to end at 8:00 AM on Sunday. He extended it until 7:30 PM, which I really appreciated. The car was also great on gas, and I have no complaints. I would definitely book with him again!

I rented Luliia's car for a month, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions quickly, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly throughout the month. I really appreciated her professionalism and great communication. Don was so helpful and accommodating to make sure that I was able to get the rental due to a delay in my pick-up time. The car was clean and runs very good on gas. I will definitely be booking again

Personally, from having family who have rentals on Turo, this was my first time. Enjoyed the trip. The luxury of a smaller car with better gas prices and mileage. An overall good trip for myself and family. Host was very accommodating as well. That's a story in itself lol

The car was easy to pick up and completely clean. Had no trouble with it the whole day and the return process was a breeze. Logan’s communication was great and his directions on the pick up and return process were very clear. Would happily rent out this car again!

Car was great, I’m sorry I didn’t read the full description and thought it would be at the airport. But that’s a good idea for future reservations! Would make the pick up and drop off way more convenient! Overall great trip and affordable
