This is my second experience with Turo. It was very simple to get to the car. Because they asked, we took photos of any potential blemishes associated with the car, which is really a benefit to me so we don’t have any issues with regards to who did what. The cars are always clean and the price to rent is so much more affordable than the ridiculous prices that the big Rental Car places charge. From this point on, I will always check with Turo before anyone else because of their Customer service, affordability, and Quality!

The pickup was a little confusing at first, but he was very understanding and said he would take some money off for the 15-minute wait. He also let me keep the car for a few extra hours, even though my rental was originally supposed to end at 8:00 AM on Sunday. He extended it until 7:30 PM, which I really appreciated. The car was also great on gas, and I have no complaints. I would definitely book with him again!

Car was absolutely stunning. I usually get an SUV for comfort but this car is really wonderful. I had it for over two weeks and it ran perfectly! The car was very clean and drove smoothly. I will say the communication with the owner was lacking. When we wanted to return the car early, we messaged the owner, and didn't receive a follow up until hours and another message later. We then were told 2 different stories of refund options. Where we "may" or "may not" get a refund. Once the trip was finally over, we keep getting pestered to "write a 5-star review". So, here's my 5-star rating.... "Be consistent in your communication. Don't ask for the vehicle early to dangle a refund in our face that we 'may or may not' get." Good car though, I guess.
