This is our second time in DC and wanted to have a reliable vehicle to get us around town to the convention center and back to our hotel. This vehicle was a terrific drive, very clean, a few scratches but not a big deal. We came back home and are buying our own BMW thanks to the dream drive in this car. Car had shows of heavy use and was a bit unclean when picked up. A simple wipe down made it an incredibly comfortable, strong, and easy to use vehicle. Would recommend to anyone driving elders
I’m glad to write this review. This was literally a last-minute scheduled trip (thanks to Enterprise/National Car rental) ignoring my confirmed and paid-for reservation. I needed to get out to Virginia and had no other way to get a car. Turo came through as it has once before. I was able to schedule a car on very short notice, pick it up easily and seamlessly without waiting, and quickly be on my way. The return was equally seamless. The host was great and checked in a few times throughout the trip to ensure there were no issues. From now on Turo is my go-to for a car rental. The legacy rental agencies are useless and unreliable.
