My flight got delayed as most do now-a-days, and I notified the host previous to pickup. I was charged an extra $18 for picking up late due to the delay. The host said it would be “unjust” to reimburse the added fee.
I then dropped the car off earlier than scheduled and received no refund. DO NOT waste your time with this garbage company/host. With how prevalent delays are you should not have to pay extra for something out of your control.

The concern in this review relates solely to an $18 fee dispute and not to the vehicle, cleanliness, communication, or overall trip experience. The BMW was delivered as described and the trip was completed successfully.

The entire experience of renting and finding the car all the way to check out was very professional and easy. The BMW X5 is a great car to drive, even if it is 10 years old. I will definitely try and look for this car again.
