The car was nice and did get us from point A-B. As others have stated it seemed to be a few mechanical issues I felt especially when reversing at times. Overall the experience was good, parking and pick up was a breeze.

Host was great, car sounded a bit clunky and jerked a lot. Sounds like it needs the transmission checked and has since pick up. Car was difficult to drive at times and kept locking doors when lock button was never pressed. Automatic seat settings went on at random times which was very dangerous while driving. Probably won’t rent this vehicle again

Perfect car for vacation week. Reliable but shakey wheel , it needs alignment and other tweaks to the car but besides that its perfect also, if you know how to handle big 8 wheeler trucks then you'll get use to the steering wheel

Great hosts, pick up was seamless. Unfortunately there were a few issues such as the inside wasn’t fully cleaned, the tires wasn’t fully filled with air and was instructed to put air into the tires. The windshield washer fluid was low, and the windshield wipers need to be replaced as it rained and I had a hard time seeing. The emergency sos system malfunctioned and the engine had a bit of a rattle. I appreciate the communication with the hosts and hopefully these issues can be resolved before another customer uses the vehicle. Overall 3/5 stars.
