I recently rented a Volkswagen Taos and had a really good experience overall. The car itself was comfortable, smooth to drive, and great on gas. It’s the perfect size SUV — easy to maneuver but still roomy inside. Definitely a solid option if you need something practical for getting around. I also opted for delivery since the host was local to me, and that made everything even easier. The drop-off and return process were super smooth. Mohammed and his crew were wonderful very friendly, communicative, and on time, which I really appreciated. The gas mileage was solid, which I appreciated because I did a lot of driving. Car was great. Drove smoothly and got great gas mileage. Would definitely rent again. The only thing there was a little bit of an odd smell when picking it up but it did go away eventually by airing it out. Drives great and loved that it has apple play. Decent sound system too.

I appreciate the LAST MINUTE availability as I needed to get my daughter to college events and the car rental place claimed to have no cars though I had a reservation and the place was closing; and I needed to be on the road FIRST thing in the AM! The inclement weather caused a bit of yuck on the vehicle, but it still met my needs and I was able to get my daughter to her events on time! This was a true Godsend to me since I don’t typically ever use apps and was willing to give it a try for my daughter
