The vehicle’s engine repeatedly stalled while I was driving, making it impossible to accelerate safely on both local roads and highways. In addition, the vehicle shook noticeably during operation, creating a serious safety concern.
When I reported that the vehicle was unsafe to drive, I was told that no other customers had reported similar issues and was instructed to return the vehicle on time. During my trip, the vehicle also displayed a message indicating that the oil needed to be changed, and the check engine light illuminated.
Because of these issues, I was unable to safely use the vehicle for the full duration of my reservation. Despite the significant inconvenience and loss of use, I did not receive any compensation. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be provided.

First I wanna speak on the great communication with Joshua… it’s top tier! He is a great host! The car was clean and great on the road minus the one minor incident. I will recommend family and friends to rent from this company!
