The car had a clean interior and drove smoothly. The host was very responsive, communicated clearly, and was accommodating. I booked the trip last minute, and he messaged right back saying he would drop off the car at the selected time (36 hours later) and included the rental guidelines. Easy to extend rental if needed. Wayne's car was amazing! Took me a little to get used to driving a Ford but it accommodated my whole family the prison all around Maryland and West Virginia and Virginia to all their houses! It was clean and beautiful. The fact that he left phone charger cord and tried to make my trip easier even though I don't follow instructions well because I won't look at the phone while I'm driving! I picked up and dropped off in the same spot while he tried to meet me at the terminal which was very kind. Thanks for a great car Wayne! I didn't end up having to use the toll so I could make it on time... so I was happy to have that!
I always rent from this rental car place and have had a great experience. The car drove great, and communication was very clear. When I first arrived, I was given the wrong PIN to unlock the safe for the key. However, within a few minutes, I was provided with the correct code and was able to get the key without any further issues. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I would definitely rent from them again.

Car performance was great. Gas mileage was good. Vehicle clean, smelling nice. Vehicle comfortable for me. Thank you Josh. 1 more thing I need adjusted... I picked the vehicle up around 1:30 pm, with a scheduled pick up time for 13 noon, Saturday June 20th. I experienced trouble locating the vehicle. Before I am charged a late fee(s)... Is there the possibility of waving all late charges. There were an attending representative that helped me find the vehicle that is able to attest to my pick up arrival time in vehicle if necessary...
