The car itself I think needs to be serviced. The brakes aren’t as strong as they should be. Also, the instructions to getting to the car weren’t very clear, so we had to ask around to different staff and kind of figure it out on our own.

Thank you for the feedback. I just want to mention that Turo automatically send check in and location details one hour before the trip starts so that timing is built into how the app works. I do make sure clear directions are included there so it’s worth checking that section a bit before pickup next time. As for the brakes they were inspected and are in good working order, but I’ll take another look before the next trip. Thanks again for renting with us.

Brigette was a great host, but the car was not in the best shape. The main issue was the AC did not work properly which was tough to deal with on highways especially it being May and having some warm days. The car also had some loose fabric that fell down over the back right seat and the key to unlock the car did not consistently work. It got me where I needed to be with no major issues in running but could tell this car had seen better days lol. Again - Brigette was great, and the price was reasonable, but just wishing it was a little better maintained.

“Overall a decent guest with no major issues. We experienced a few minor hiccups during the rental with the key fob, AC, and rear passenger roof lining. Since the rental, everything has been inspected and addressed — the roof lining has been repaired, the key fob confirmed in good working order, and the AC fully operational. I appreciate the patience during the process. Thanks for your feedback.
