⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic host! The pickup process was easy, seamless, and very accommodating from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the trip. the host was responsive, friendly, and great to work with.
The Tesla was amazing, and experiencing the Full Self-Driving feature made this an unforgettable birthday trip. Charging was surprisingly simple and, in my opinion, much easier and more convenient than refueling with gas.
Unfortunately, as I was exiting the highway behind an Amazon delivery van, a rock was thrown from the van’s path and struck the windshield, causing a crack. I was heartbroken because I’m very particular about my own belongings, and I treat anything I rent with that same level of care and respect. I immediately reported it and did everything I could to address the situation during the trip, and I’m confident everything will be worked out through the proper process.
This truly was an incredible birthday experience. Even my youngest cried when it was time to return the Tesla because he loved it so much! That alone says how much we all enjoyed the experience.
I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to rent from such an outstanding host. I would absolutely rent from them again without hesitation and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable Tesla experience. Thank you again for helping make my birthday so memorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
