The car quality was cleaned out, it wasn’t necessarily detailed and spotless, but that didn’t bother me. Looked like previous customers didn’t treat the vehicle with much care.
The host communicated well, there was some delay with my delivery that got cleared up within half an hour. I had just finished a 33 hour bus ride soni was ready to goooo. They worked with me as quickly and as efficiently as possible so I appreciate them for that. Would use them again in the future.

Quality of service was 5/5. Car wasn’t in the best condition (front left suspension needs work, battery was drained) so I can’t give 5*.

Had to pay $35 to exit parking because the host dropped the car off before the scheduled rental time. I've disputed these charges and Turo has yet to respond. Make sure they disclose pockup and parking rates. Typically the host will drop off car at appointed time so that you may retrieve the car without paying for parking since the first hour at the airport parking is free. They were not very accommodating. Also. The red. Tesla model 3 has a defective battery. I paid $16 for a full charge and the battery was depleted to 21% charge only approximately 46 miles later. Avoid the res Tesla model 3 is my advice. Perhaps you might even want to avoid this host.

When you book at an airport you are required to pay for parking and per turo policies we are required to drop the car off 4 hours before your trip time. So you paid the appropriate amount.
Normally very understanding and try to fix all issues but this guest just wanted a free ride. He drove over 200 miles then complained about the battery despite it being in normal. He threatened to leave a bad review if he didn’t get a free trip and he did.
