The car needs to be maintenanced. I brought it back in less than 24hrs and was supposed to have it for 4 days. if I could have sooner I would have if I didn’t have to work. The interior and outside has alot of wear and tear and it’s not a smooth drive. Owners should really look into improving the quality of this car.

The car quality was cleaned out, it wasn’t necessarily detailed and spotless, but that didn’t bother me. Looked like previous customers didn’t treat the vehicle with much care.
The host communicated well, there was some delay with my delivery that got cleared up within half an hour. I had just finished a 33 hour bus ride soni was ready to goooo. They worked with me as quickly and as efficiently as possible so I appreciate them for that. Would use them again in the future.
