Great car and great customer service, if you’re going to rent a tesla, Tristian is the one to rent from for sure

The pick-up was smooth. If someone is new to Tesla more instructions should be given out. I rented two Teslas on Turo and the experience was a bit different. If someone is just trying a Tesla for the first time- it’s not as easy as renting a regular car, so for all Tesla renters, there should be more instruction provided to the renters. I needed to download the Tesla App to be able to use my phone to open the car and use the vehicle. Because I was out of my own area and needed to get my password, I was told by Apple that I had to wait 1 hour to get my password, for security purposes. Good thing I had my lap top with me and was able to get my Apple password without the wait. Coming out of the parking lot it was supposed to be pre paid. It wasn’t and I was quickly refunded by Turo. I just paid to get out. Not a big issue. I also needed to return the car earlier and the host was accommodating to the change in plans. Overall the car was in great shape, life happens but I was able to adjust and make the experience a good one.

Amazing host and an amazing car! The 2026 Tesla Model Y was clean, drove perfectly, and made my Dream Con trip around Houston so much more enjoyable. Pickup and the overall experience were smooth, and the host was professional throughout the trip. I'd absolutely rent from them again the next time I'm in Houston. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with both Dino and his car for a long weekend in Houston. As a host, Dino was extremely pleasant, accommodating, and super fast with communication. The car was hands down the best and most fun Tesla rental we have driven to date. It was very clean and well maintained, and it drove flawlessly. Would absolutely rent from Dino again, and would absolutely love to rent this car again as well!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The Tesla Model X was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and return were simple, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The vehicle drove great and made the trip very enjoyable. This is a great car. I entered my flight information on the reservation and ended up arriving early and the car was available. Easy pick and drop off.

Super clean when I picked it up, like it had been detailed. Tires were quiet - if you drive Teslas regularly you know what kind of difference that makes. Pickup in the IAH Terminal A garage was just as convenient as a certain car rental company's gold club. The host provided me a link to add the car to my Tesla phone app, so it really worked just like my Tesla at home. The best part was FSD V13.2.2 - IAH is a maze to get out of, so I engaged it as soon as I got out of the garage, and let it handle which lane to be in and when to turn. It was already in "HURRY" mode: good call for Houston freeway traffic & also what I use on my own model Y.

Great experience! The car was in excellent condition and very enjoyable to drive. The Tesla driving experience was smooth and comfortable. The host was also very helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. Pickup and return were well arranged. I would definitely recommend this car and host to others.

We had an absolutely fantastic rental with Henry. From the moment we picked up at our terminal to returning it, he was a super supportive host and very helpful with information and accommodating to things like a last-minute change of drop-off time. The car was great, and the FSD was truly transformational, as we had a lot of driving to do on this trip. I thoroughly recommend both Henry and his Tesla again.

This Model Y was awesome. Pick-up and drop off was smooth. Having app access was extremely helpful to keep the car cool. Best of all was the FSD!!
