Car was clean and ready to go. Thorough instructions, but it was difficult to get out of the parking area. Told to follow blue “park my share” signs, but they say “car share”. Put into google address to return and thankfully missed the road because I actually needed the second turn to get to the uncovered parking. All together it was an excellent rental and I would pick again. John was very responsive although I only had one question.
Great rental experience! The car was in very good condition, clean, and reliable throughout my trip in Houston. The host was also very responsive and answered my questions quickly, which made the experience even better. I wasn’t able to get Apple CarPlay to work wirelessly and ended up using a USB cable, so that’s something to keep in mind. The only minor issue was a cover underneath the car that occasionally made a dragging noise, but it wasn’t anything serious and didn’t affect the driving experience. Overall, I highly recommend this vehicle and would definitely rent it again in the future!

The instructions pick up and return was very seamless. This was my first experience with Turo and the car was in great condition. I loved the communication from the owner. We experienced delays with our flight and hotel so the car rental being the easiest reservation and the only thing that worked out perfectly made our trip better.
