Car was clean and ready to go. Thorough instructions, but it was difficult to get out of the parking area. Told to follow blue “park my share” signs, but they say “car share”. Put into google address to return and thankfully missed the road because I actually needed the second turn to get to the uncovered parking. All together it was an excellent rental and I would pick again. John was very responsive although I only had one question.

The host communicated clear and detailed instructions including being quick to respond. The car was in excellent condition and sparkling clean. Everything about the rental process was straight forward and easily conducted through the app. This was my first Turo experience and it has convinced me to never rent through a traditional rental car agency ever again. I would highly recommend Chris and his Sentra!!!

I had a really good experience with this Nissan Pathfinder. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove great the whole time. It felt smooth and powerful, and I never had any issues on the road. There was plenty of space for passengers and luggage, which made the trip much easier. The AC worked well, the tech was easy to use, and overall the car felt safe and reliable. The host was great to work with—very responsive, friendly, and made pickup and drop-off easy and stress-free. The vehicle was exactly as listed. I would definitely rent this Pathfinder again and would highly recommend both the car and the host.
