Thank you, Roberto, for your 5-star review and for your feedback! We truly appreciate it. The vehicle is parked in an uncovered lot, and during the Texas summer, cabin temperatures can exceed 110°F. For the best cooling performance, the A/C works once the vehicle is running and may take a few minutes to cool the cabin. We’ll also inspect the system to ensure everything is operating as intended. The pick up location changed because Ecopark was full during the busy travel. And we were required to use the airport garage instead we also accommodated your delayed flight by extending your rental at no extra charge and personally picked up the vehicle from your location saving you the return trip and uber expanses.

Upon arrival to the car,there was 1/4 tank of gas. It was not full,The dashboard was dirty,splattered with something. It cost $20 to get out of EcoPark lot. It was stated that I would be reimbursed,in the rental profile description .Turo will only reimburse $9. I voiced my concerns and the host said they would give me a discount on a return rental. I don’t often write reviews like this. Please don’t rent from this host.

Our fuel policy is to return the vehicle with the same fuel level provided, and all trip instructions are listed in the description. We are sorry Turo reimbursed less than expected for the EcoPark fee.
