Great Vehicle, Excellent Service, and Super Convenient Delivery! This vehicle was definitely worth the rental, and I had a great experience from beginning to end! I placed my reservation on Monday evening around 6 or 7 p.m., and the vehicle was delivered to me that same night around 10 p.m. The entire process was smooth and convenient. The host was extremely responsive and kept me updated throughout the process, sending messages to confirm that my reservation had been approved and that they were preparing the vehicle for delivery. When the vehicle arrived, it was very clean, had a full tank of gas, and was ready to go! One thing I especially appreciated was the option for delivery and pickup. As a mother of two children who are both in car seats, this was incredibly helpful. Trying to arrange an Uber with two small children or finding someone to watch them while I picked up the rental would have been a hassle. Having the vehicle delivered directly to me made the entire experience so much easier. I truly appreciate that they offer this service because it makes a huge difference for families and anyone who values convenience. I rented the vehicle because my personal car was in the shop, and I needed reliable transportation to get to work. The vehicle drove smoothly, was comfortable, and was excellent on gas! The only minor downside for me was that the vehicle did not have Apple CarPlay. I’m accustomed to using Apple CarPlay for navigation and hands-free calling, so I had a little difficulty figuring out the vehicle’s navigation system and how to connect my phone for calls. However, these were simply personal preferences based on what I’m used to and had absolutely nothing to do with the vehicle’s overall performance or reliability. Overall, I was extremely pleased with both the vehicle and the service. The host was professional, friendly, accommodating, and communicative throughout the entire rental process. If I ever need another rental vehicle, I would absolutely book with them again without hesitation. I highly recommend this vehicle and host, especially if you’re looking for a smooth rental experience with the added convenience of delivery and pickup!
Awesome experience! The owner was nice enough to bring the rental to a location closer to where I live. He was very responsive to all my questions. The car was immaculate and extremely clean. This was the perfect car for a road trip. The safety features made my long drive a breeze! The coast feature would automatically slow the vehicle down and speed it up so you didn't have to keep breaking and resuming speed and resetting the coast feature.Also the head lights would automatically adjust on areas that were very dark so that you could see even further. The seats were comfortable too. I believe it was good pn gas, but of course gas prices where much higher where I went. Hands down 10/10 experience. This car drives smooth and was easy to access during pickup! The car is exactly as described. My only complaint was the reservation for drop off was not made nor was it communicated prior that I would need to make a reservation to park. This threw my plans off and I almost missed my flight. Other than that, everything was great!

I booked a last minute rental as soon as I got off of the plane at IAH and the process was simple. The host answered all questions and gave great pick up and drop off directions. The car was great. Made my trip with my three kids much easier by paying extra for two car seats to be set up on arrival. When I’m back in Houston I will rent with the same host again. ❤️☺️
