Shellica (the car) was amazing! Beautiful interior and honestly it’s a really great ride! Easy on gas for it to be so huge! Daniel was an amazing host, the only downside is the instructions to get the key was complicated. Other than that, 10/10 experience!!! Daniel had a forever customer out of me!

The keys are always left in a lock box on the driver side door. The lock box has a twist knob to open. This particular guest was trying to push or slide the knob but not twist. Key pickup instructions are clear and included automatically with every reservation. Thanks

Awesome car and fun, but had very bad alignment issues and on the highway would get out of the lane in about two seconds if you took your hand off the wheel, so you had to constantly hold it pulling to the left. I’m sure Daniel will fix this and it will then be a 5 star car! Daniel was also very helpful with questions and fast to reply
