Excellent experience from start to finish. The Tesla Model X was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and return were simple, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The vehicle drove great and made the trip very enjoyable. The car is good, just the tires need to be checked, but nothing to worry about. Service total of 5 stars. Very convenient and efficient check-in and check-out process. Response in minutes, patient. Host is always very friendly and cars are nice. We had a family emergency and Turo had an issue and wouldn’t allow me to extend in advance, host was very helpful throughout the situation. This is my third time renting from this host and I would rent from them again!
I had a great experience with this car. The vehicle worked perfectly throughout my trip and was very reliable. Fuel efficiency was excellent, I only needed to fill the tank about 1–3 times per month, depending on how much driving I was doing. What really made the experience stand out were the hosts. They were always responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with whenever I had a question. Overall, I absolutely loved the car and would gladly rent from them again. Highly recommended!

Amazing ride and vehicle was good in gas. Everything that the Host advertised was 💯 I rented a vehicle before this one and the rental didn't happen. It was scheduled days prior because my Pops funeral was the weekend and I wanted to be there when his body reached the sanctuary. The vehicle never arrived. This Host Yusa allowed me to rent his vehicle at the last minute and it was well worth it.

Everything about this rental was great! The car was beautiful on the inside and the outside. Julio was a pleasure to work with, I had to make a few changes last minute and he was more than accommodating. One of the days I even sent a message pretty late in the evening about what kind of gas to fill the car with and he replied very promptly (which he did every single time I reached out). I can truly say this was the best experience that I have had using Turo (and I have used it quite a few times) Thanks again for everything!
