We had an absolutely fantastic experience! The car was spotless, drove great, and was the perfect size for our family of 7 with all of our luggage. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire rental. We especially loved the VIP drop-off and pickup option—it made everything so easy and seamless from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly convenient and stress-free. This was by far our best Turo experience yet! We would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend them!
The car was easy to find. Location description and details on how to get there were accurate. Cosmetically the car has a few details to address that aren’t show in the photos. However, the owner is aware but to safeguard yourself take pictures upon arrival. Also, the Appleplay seems to work intermittently (not the hugest of deals). Great on gas and nice amount of trunk space. The owner is easily accessible and even reached out during the trip to see if they could be of help. Nice touch. Overall, 4.73 stars so for that reason I’d round up not down and give it 5!

The host was amazing to work with, I had to change my reservation four times due to flight difficulties and they worked with me the whole time. Pickup was easy and accessible. Car was clean and exactly what we needed for the trip. It had Apple Play which was an added bonus! We were contacted before and during the trip, plus I had some issues with Parking Spot and was called right away when picking up the car! Customer service was above and beyond! I was definitely going for economy pricing with this rental, but luckily that didn't extend to the customer experience! Would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer the next time I visit family!
