The host was excellent!! Making it a very smooth transition for my first time with Turo. They updated me along the way, did a check in, and had an easy night return. This vehicle was not the best on cleanliness on top of and under the seats. There were some scuffs and dings, but all things were normal for a used rental at a lower rate. We did have an issue with a tire trim, but the host discussed the issue, and took care of everything after. Making it no problems for our rental period. I would give 4 stars for appearance, but bc the ease, price, and customer service were on point I give 5 stars
