We had an absolutely fantastic experience! The car was spotless, drove great, and was the perfect size for our family of 7 with all of our luggage. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire rental. We especially loved the VIP drop-off and pickup option—it made everything so easy and seamless from start to finish. The car was perfect. I needed a last minute rental after the rental agency canceled and Carlos was able to provide me with his vehicle which was clean, a food quality vehicle. I recommend!

Overall, this was a good value, especially for a seven-passenger vehicle. The host was friendly, responsive, and always available when needed, which I appreciated throughout the rental. The vehicle itself was generally fine and served its purpose well. For a 2023 model, though, it felt a little more driven than I expected, with around 80,000 miles. I also noticed that some of the transmission shifts felt a bit rough at times. There was a noticeable stain on the middle seat and some dust on the lower carpets and dashboard, but nothing particularly serious. A little more attention to those details before delivery would have improved the overall presentation. The pickup process could have been better, as the photos provided were not particularly clear and it took a little time to figure out exactly where the vehicle was located. We were able to sort it out without a major issue, but clearer photos or instructions would make the process smoother. Overall, considering the price and the fact that it is a seven-seat vehicle, I think it offers pretty good value. The host was helpful and available throughout the rental, and with a little more attention to presentation and pickup instructions, the experience could’ve been perfect.

Excellent host! This host stepped in to cover a last minute cancellation from another host due to fraudulent charges. Less than 24-hours when this reservation was made and the host handled it with ease and made sure I was able to get into another vehicle without any issues. The pick up process was great and the drop off process was seamless.
