Luis went above and beyond to not only be responsive, answer all of my questions, but also to accommodate my needs - especially when the first reservation that I had had to be changed due to vehicle damage from a previous guest. Instead of cancelling me, he went out of his way to to find a replacement vehicle at the same price point. Overall good trip. Found host to be very responsive. Brakes do squeak a bit at low speed. Brand new car though, not hosts fault. Parking area is easy to get to via shuttle, shuttle driver asked for my rental paper, which was weird, but told him we were Turo and it was fine.

I rented the Pathfinder to travel for my husband's graduation. It was a comfortable ride. Gas mileage was decent for a SUV. Several was great with directions on how to pick up and drop off. I would definitely rent again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great week renting Blake's Kia Soul! Blake communicated with us throughout the entire trip and made everything as smooth as possible. When we arrived, he was running about an hour behind due to unforeseen circumstances, but he kept us updated the whole time. He even called to make sure the car was delivered directly to us, so it really wasn't a big inconvenience. The Kia Soul was exactly what we needed for getting around Houston. It was compact yet surprisingly spacious—we easily fit two extra-large suitcases, two small travel cases, and four backpacks with no problem. The car was very clean, ran perfectly all week, and we especially appreciated the phone holder, which made using GPS so much easier. Returning the car was quick and easy as well. Blake was a fantastic host, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again. Highly recommended!
