Has bluetooth/mobile Hotspot connection for android, a/c works really well. It is also small for downtown driving. The only thing I would suggest is an air freshener or deep cleaning the seats because it smelled a little musty/mildew like something was wet and did not dry properly. I would still rent again as it was noy bad, just noticeable. Good car for the price and easy pickup/drop off instructions.

The Yukon XL was in excellent condition and exactly as described. The vehicle was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family road trip. I rented a vehicle for my vacation to Houston. Kevin was very professional and I was able to contact him with questions I had. The vehicle operated efficiently, was very clean, and very cost efficient on fuel. The instructions to pickup and turn in the vehicle via Kevin were clear and easy to follow. I experienced an outage with the Turo app for the return time, but this was not applicable to the host. Kevin and his family are great hosts! I'll rent from Kevin in the future.

Great company to rent a vehicle from. My trip was longer than expected and needed to extend my rental. Was able to extend with no problems and a fast response. 10-10 would recommend.

They were really nice and accommodating especially due to the fact that it was a last minute reservation. The car was clean smelled nice and the response time from them was within 5 minutes or less. I'd definitely recommend them and I will definitely be back.

Ended up leaving my child's phone in the rental. The hosts were super quick to try and help me get it back (which i did get back 😀). Response time 10/10. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a reply. Car ran great and was wonderful on gas. There was a prior crack in the windshield but didn't effect the drive at all. First time using Turo and couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again. As an out of state-r they made my vacation a pleasant experience.

I had such a great experience renting with them! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how accommodating they were. I was flying into Bush Airport and flying out of Hobby, and since Turo typically only allows one pickup location, I initially set my reservation for Hobby. However, they went above and beyond and were more than willing to move the car to Bush so I could pick it up there and still drop it off at Hobby. That level of flexibility made my trip so much easier. The check-in process was simple and relaxed, and they were incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. The car itself was amazing: very clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be booking with them again in the future!
