First time user - couldn’t have gone better - amazing host

Both the car and the boat were amazing. From the moment I booked, Tusin reached out just to say hi. I knew then this was going to go well. He helped me with check in (I'm only a second time Turo user) and provided all the instructions. I was a bit late to my pickup time due to waiting for luggage and my host was very accommodating. We also had to extend our trip and that was painless. The car was extremely clean and drove quite nicely. We had no trouble on the road either. The whole experience was great (I love not having to wait in line at the rental counter!) and Tusin's wonderful hosting was the extra cherry on top I didn't even know I needed. I would absolutely rent this vehicle or any of his other vehicles next time I fly into Hobby airport!
