Car was good. Had a little trouble understanding directions on how to pick up for our late night arrival but host was very responsive and as soon as I asked a question, I was directed appropriately.

The communication during an emergency was not very good. It seemed automated and overall very unhelpful. Ended up having to call AAA instant to help out, as nobody from Turo seemed to be able to.
