Great car but terrible customer service. Hands down the most confusing Turo experience I’ve had on this app. I was rebooked over and over for who knows what reasons. Then the first vehicle I picked up had mismatching license plates, so had to swap out the entire vehicle again just for that. Spent too much time communicating with customer service reps than simply enjoying my rental and vacation. Cars lack a subscription so you can’t use any of the apps or Full Self Driving.
