The truck on pick up was dirty and the gas tank wasn’t full. As we got down the highway the truck started to malfunction in which we made the owner aware.. They didn’t seem to care too much. Luckily for us the truck seemed to reset itself but to my surprise the odometer stopped working and the gas gauge also stopped working so I had to guess, hope and pray I was doing the proper speed and I had enough gas. Midway through we had to stop and allow the truck to rest so it didn’t break down. Thank God we were able to get back home in which I was charged for not having a full tank. Even after explaining u didn’t start with a full tank I was still charged $100. I don’t recommend as the truck needs maintenance and it’s not equipped to be rented out.

PJ was an outstanding host from beginning to end! The entire rental process was smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. His communication was excellent throughout the entire trip—he responded quickly, answered every question, and made sure I had everything I needed before, during, and after the rental.
The 2020 Hyundai Palisade was absolutely amazing. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked even better in person. You can tell PJ takes great pride in caring for his vehicle. The SUV rode incredibly smooth, was comfortable for my entire family, and performed flawlessly throughout our trip. It was reliable, spacious, and made our long drive enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a host who is professional, dependable, and truly cares about providing a first-class experience, I highly recommend renting from PJ. Communication from the host was not good, we got our car 30 mins late. My friend and I were left in the heat waiting for the vehicle, and the multiple co-host were all saying different things when it came to ETA. Finally one of the hosts friends saw us in the heat and asked if we wanted a ride to the vehicle. We got to the vehicle finally after 30 mins and the car wasn’t even ready or clean yet. When we finally got the vehicle, they told us there was no gas in the vehicle and we could just return it on E. When getting in the vehicle finally, there were stains and dirt on the ceilings, which was not shown in the listing for the vehicle. When we started the vehicle the service light was also on. When having the vehicle for the day we realized that the light on the drivers side was out. When we went out another night the bluetooth stopped working completely and the whole screen froze for an hour. After that when driving the brakes were shaking when you came to a complete stop. This was all communicated to the host and we did not receive prompt responses or any accommodations.
