Rented Tesla Model Y with FSD in Houston with our family through ITTR. What an awesome experience! The car was spotless and airport pickup/drop-off couldn’t have been easier. FSD was mind-blowing and was a life saver driving on those busy Houston freeways. So glad we went with ITTR and we’ll definitely book again next time we’re in Houston. Perfect 5-star review.

The pick-up was smooth. If someone is new to Tesla more instructions should be given out. I rented two Teslas on Turo and the experience was a bit different. If someone is just trying a Tesla for the first time- it’s not as easy as renting a regular car, so for all Tesla renters, there should be more instruction provided to the renters. I needed to download the Tesla App to be able to use my phone to open the car and use the vehicle. Because I was out of my own area and needed to get my password, I was told by Apple that I had to wait 1 hour to get my password, for security purposes. Good thing I had my lap top with me and was able to get my Apple password without the wait. Coming out of the parking lot it was supposed to be pre paid. It wasn’t and I was quickly refunded by Turo. I just paid to get out. Not a big issue. I also needed to return the car earlier and the host was accommodating to the change in plans. Overall the car was in great shape, life happens but I was able to adjust and make the experience a good one.
