Namchun was excellent and attentive throughout our entire rental experience. From the beginning until we dropped off the vehicle, she clearly explained the necessary instructions and immediately responded to any questions I had. This was my first using Turo and Namchun made the experience less stressful and enjoyable. Highly recommend her as a host. The vehicle provided was also very cleaned, charged up, and in excellent condition.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Ollie was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and helpful throughout the entire rental, especially with all of my schedule changes and extensions. Communication was always clear and easy.
The Tesla itself was also fantastic to drive — so smooth, comfortable, and intuitive that it almost felt like I had never driven a car before. It made my entire stay in Houston much easier and more enjoyable.
I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely rent from Ollie again.
