Upon arrival, there was no instructions on where to meet at to make the pickup of the car and it took almost 30 minutes back and forth to just coordinate where we need to go and what we need to do. We were told by the owner that there is no longer Turo parking but they already knew that and decided not to tell us until we had a whole scramble. The car itself had no issues and was clean but not a great start when we wasted time trying to get to them. When it came time for us to leave, there was again no helpful instructions on where to leave the vehicle until I message them and it took an hour to even receive a reply back.
